Chargeman, A4 (Penang)

• Execute and manage work orders for both corrective and programmed maintenance of electrical systems.
• Perform maintenance on Low Voltage systems including luminaires, electrical equipment, earthing systems and generator sets.
• Handle Extra Low Voltage systems and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units.
• Conduct regular inspections of all LV systems in compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) regulations.
• Perform or supervise repairs and troubleshooting of electrical breakdowns in LV systems.
• Oversee the functionality of all key electrical and mechanical installations (e.g. power distribution, lighting, HVAC, fire protection, and water systems).
• Ensure efficient operation of standby generator sets and electrical equipment.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and security of all M&E rooms such as LV switch rooms, chiller plants and pump rooms.
• Collaborate with internal teams or vendors for technical support and service improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior or management team.

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with a valid Class A4 Chargeman Certificate.
• At least 5 years of experience in property or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, especially for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Independent, proactive, computer literate and able to work with minimal supervision.
