- Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred, but not always required).
- Basic video shooting skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing, or analytics tools (don't need to be an expert).
- Ability to lead content creation and manage campaigns with creativity and organization.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic data tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- E-commerce platforms: TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central.
- Marketing tools: TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads
- Analytics tools: TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Video editing: CapCut preferred
- Handle daily operations of TikTok Shop and other platforms
- Keep product listings updated and appealing to TikTok's audience.
- Ensure a smooth shopping experience on TikTok Shop.
- Work with customer service to handle inquiries, complaints, or returns.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with logistics to keep stock levels accurate.
- Plan and run promotions like flash sales or discounts, especially on TikTok Shop.
- Experiment with TikTok trends to drive engagement.
- Take the lead in creating or overseeing TikTok content, such as videos, live streams, and posts to promote products and campaigns.
- Develop content strategies aligned with trends, audience preferences, and business goals (experience in video shooting or live streaming is a plus).
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, or team members to generate high-quality, engaging media.
- Identify, recruit, and manage brand affiliates to promote products on TikTok Shop and other platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with affiliates, providing them with promotional materials, discount codes, or affiliate links.
- Monitor affiliate performance, track commissions, and optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize sales and brand exposure.
- Communicate with China-based suppliers to ensure timely product sourcing, quality control, and inventory availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers to align product availability with campaigns, promotions, and TikTok Shop demand.
- Address any issues related to shipping, product specifications, or order fulfillment, ensuring clear and effective communication (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but not required).
