Job Responsibility Strategic Assist HOD in Planning and coordinating all marketing communications activities, development and overall implementation of creative and innovative marketing communications activities towards Company's mission and vision. Assist manager to formulate and spearhead marketing communications to increase the company's sales and market share, strategy, goals and tactics. Assist manager developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, and online media. Maintain internal communication and the related tools such as newsletters and the Intranet. To manage the hospital social media sites by updating with relevant contents regularly Events Assist in service launches and promotions, planning and executing road shows/ exhibition / Internal and external event Strategize and execute marketing communication launches. To assist in arranging hospital tours for visitors. Cultivate effective business relationships with decision makers in key accounts Communication Protocol and Organization All notices in the hospital must be signed and updated periodically. All hospital signs must be consistent in terms of color, font and material and updated periodically. Assist in the internal communication with the usual tools, Intranet, Newsletters, signage, internal events organization. Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage. Writing and releasing promotional materials about new products / Services Public Forum Plan and coordinate with consultants to provide health education to the general public. Update mailing list and data base regularly. Speech Writing Prepare drafts speech for minister or guest of honour prior to event launchings. Prepare salutations drafts for HOD prior to the event. Community Relations Implementation of activities that promote goodwill between Daehan Rehabilitation Hospital and the Community, to enhance its image of a good caring corporate citizen. Communication Develop and maintain Daehan's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage. Evaluate advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with marketing communications efforts. Produce and maintain the corporate video and other video products, regulate their distribution, and operate film and pictures library. Others Assist and to ensure smooth process or running the Marketing Communications Department in all corporate events. Prepare monthly and periodical updates on communications for management's review. Proven track record executing successful marketing campaigns at both a local and national level. Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned and requested from time to time. Job Requirements Degree/Diploma in Marketing/ Public Relations/Mass Communication or equivalent in related field Minimum 3 years relevant working experience Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of people Excellent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Mobile and willing to travel Strong collaborative skills, pleasant and customer focus Computer literate Experience in Digital Marketing/Graphic Design will be added advantage. Good knowledge on effective and efficient filing management. High confidential, pleasant, organized, discreet and trustworthy personality. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the marketing process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill Pleasant, aggressive and outgoing personality.
