Role Overview We&aposre looking for a driven and organized Inside Sales Executive to support and grow our commercial pipeline. You'll work closely with the CEO & Business Development to qualify leads, follow up on client inquiries, and manage the full inside sales process - from prospecting to proposal, and onboarding coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business conversations , is naturally curious, and wants real exposure to B2B tech sales in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. You'll play a key role in converting opportunities into satisfied, long-term clients. Your Responsibilities Engage and follow up with inbound and outbound sales leads Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospects Conduct initial product briefings via phone/email/Zoom Maintain and update CRM database with client info and deal stages Assist in sales pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting Coordinate with technical and operations teams for post-sales support Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across solutions Support client onboarding and basic product walkthroughs Contribute to the refinement of sales materials, decks, and scripts Requirements 1-2 years experience in sales, customer service, or business development Fluent in English (spoken & written), and Malay. (Mandarin as a plus) Enjoys speaking with people and building client relationships Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized with follow-ups Comfortable working with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and documents Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Thrives in fast-paced, growing, and evolving startup environments Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required) Experience in B2B solution selling or tech-related industries Familiarity with CRM tools Understanding of marketing, event, tech is a plus Offer ????
