Job Responsibility Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against budgetary targets, and providing variance analysis. Prepare monthly payment schedule. Process invoices, debit notes, credit notes and dispute handling. Prepare and review petty cash, expenses claim, travel claims etc and prepare monthly and weekly cash flow forecast. Ensure intercompany transactions are properly taken in and reconciled. Liaise with operation team and other parties to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Other accounting related functions and ad hoc duties as assigned by superior Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent / professional qualification in accounting. English & Bahasa Malaysia (Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage). Knowledge in Microsoft Office and experience using accounting system. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge in accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles. Team player and a meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and able to lead the team. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
