  • Overseeing and coordinating a range of administrative tasks, including office management, procurement, and facilities management.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining administrative policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility-related issues.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless administrative support
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them
