Since 2015, Paloe is one of the pioneers in Singapore who specializes in providing CFO advisory. Amongst the various industries, we have established a niche within the technology and media sector. More specifically, we have received good traction with SaaS and Adtech companies. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking to hire a Consultant who is keen to deep dive into the high-paced technology sector. Role Purpose Get founders / business owners / C-suites deal-ready (align key metrics definitions, surface & fix red flags). Build and govern the Virtual Data-Room; ensure document/data consistency across finance / ops / legal / tax / HR / tech. Coordinate and respond to buyer Q&A quickly, accurately, and on-message; maintain a defensible audit trail. Core Responsibilities Run a readiness diagnostic & workplan (RFI list, data gaps, owners, timeline). Design / own Virutal Data-Room ("VDR") index, permissions, version control, completeness checks. Standardise key metrics definitions and reconcile to Trial Balance / General Ledger and management reports. Prepare sell-side materials: key metrics, margins, NWC, cash-flow bridges, debt-like items list, draft NWC peg basis. Lead Q&A war-room: triage questions, assign stakeholders, consolidate responses, escalate sensitive areas for Partner sign-off. Coach management for buyer meetings; ensure every claim is backed by evidence in the room. Qualifications 4-6 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence, corporate M&A, or PE portfolio value-creation with sell-side process exposure. Proven VDR ownership and high-volume Q&A coordination. Strong accounting hygiene; hands-on Trial Balance / General Ledger, including key metrics reconciliation; advanced Excel + PowerPoint.
