General Summary Of Position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Procurement Expert to join our team. The candidate covers an extensive knowledge in the procurement domains within the Supply module of D365 and holds experience in a global Trading Organization, covering in-depth intercompany processes and commercial operations. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the procurement (in-direct and direct), sourcing and vendor management modules, tailored to meet the specific needs of a Global Trading Organization. This is a hands-on position, and the incumbent is required to provide proactive technical and functional support in resolving complex issues. Work in collaboration with cross functional team members from planning, customer service, logistic, procurement, finance, manufacturing, master data. What would your role look like Reporting to Sr, Manager Procurement, you will be: Lead the implementation of the D365 procurement modules for their appointed scope, Acting as the central contact for all procurement process related matters during the entire project lifecycle. Translating business requirements into best practice solutions, based on experience within the industry Ability to design template solutions that cover processes on a global scale Partaking in the correct delivery of the finance functionalities during D365 rollout Follow up of correct execution of the project phases Supporting Unit testing and performing Functional and User Acceptance Testing Provide User support & Training throughout the project, as well as during hypercare. Creating functional specs and delivery of required documentation for code migration. Ensure documentation standards (training manuals) are in line with Quality framework of ERP Effective collaboration with infrastructure teams, application development teams, testing and release teams Key Position Requirements BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Certified in D365 F&O Min of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&0 with focus on the Finance domain with multiple successful D365 implementation that can be referenced. Experience in following up activities with the technical team and writing functional specifications, preferably worked with a RICE library (RICEW - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflow) Good communication skills Ability to collaborate with internal/ offshore team members BPM process experience High level Master data modelling insights Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Visio) Experience with Azure Dev Ops & MSFT lifecycle services This position may require up to 25% travel Extensive knowledge of financial accounting processes & configuration. Main modules in Oracle D365 Finance application are identified as G/L accounting, AP & AR accounting, Cash & Bank Accounting, Fixed Asset accounting, Project Management accounting What you can expect from Ansell: Work for a world leader in the health and safety protection solutions industry.
