- Manage the daily operations of the training center.
- Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of internal and external training programs.
- Identify and analyse the training needs in accordance with the client needs.
- Monitor training budget and manage HRDF fund and claim related matters.
- Coordinate and conduct orientation for new hires.
- Coach new trainers.
- Source trainers with relevant qualifications who directly align with the specific needs of our training programs.
- Bachelor in any discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related training experience, particularly in corporate industry.
- Must be HRD Corp accredited trainers.
- Possessing a professional training certification would be an added advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Affluent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Possess knowledge of learning pedagogies, learning management systems and managerial / leadership development.
