
Sales Executive

- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Review and approve sales documents, including invoices and shipping forms.
- Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly).
- Coordinate with internal departments for credit checks and order processing.
- Support, coach, and train sales staff to improve their performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with quality standards.
- College diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) for communication with international clients.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in Chinese (Mandarin).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and team management experience.
- Familiarity with ISO standards is an added advantage.
