The Position We are looking for you to join Roche and one of our Roche Services & Solutions Centers. As Global Business Process Specialist Financial Compliance u2013 Authorizations you will be a part of the RSS Financial Compliance Product Area and will report directly to the Chapter Lead. Your opportunity: Actively pursues the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy Responsible for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process/authorizations design within his/her business process area within the E2E process Empowered decision maker for your area across divisions and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the GBPM Works closely with E2E GBPMs & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions Reviews global authorization concepts and processes, designs and aligns roles/ job functions, safeguards authorization role compliance during design, follows up on authorization related issues based on root cause analysis, coordinates authorization role requests We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. Furthermore, you would have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education 3-5 years professional experience, preferably in Business Process Management, Information Management / IT, Finance/Procurement, Risk/Internal Control Management, Accounting, Audit Strong knowledge in the area of authorization and access management and GRC tools, based on business process management or IT experience and expertise Strong technical competencies in SAP FI/CO, solid process knowledge in finance and procurement processes, good IFRS Accounting skills Business fluency in English Proven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen) Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams Good change management and conflict management skills and experience Development opportunities : Roche is rich in learning resources.
