Job Responsibilities:
  • To assist in accounting activities include general accounting, account receivable, account payable.
  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and relevant reporting documents.
  • Perform data entry & documents filling
  • Preparation of Claims and leave report.
  • Preparation of Invoice and arrange payment voucher
  • Prepare bank reconciliation report
  • Assist in yearly external audit, tax computation.
  • Assist in quarterly or yearly budget exercise.
  • Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, company secretary.
  • To assist in administrative matters.
  • To perform any other duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when required by immediate superior or any other persons assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Studies.
  • Fresh graduates are acceptable.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in MYOB system will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft excel will be an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, innovative and self motivated.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral, KL Sentral.
  • Full-Time position available.
