Job Responsibility Product Master Maintenance (create, delete and update) Supplier Master Maintenance (create, delete and update) Users ID Maintenance (create, delete and update) Hardware & Network Maintenance (liaise with related parties) Upkeep of Equipments (such as Weighing scale machine, barcode printer, printers) Stock management of stationeries (such as Barcode label, weighing scale label & price label) Documents processing for outlets such as Receiving/ Returns/ Transfer & etc Month end processing Monthly reporting Stock take preparation Support & train system users Manage e-commerce accounts Monitor weekly receiving inventory disposal Prepare monthly display incentive and sales report Attend to ad-hoc matters Job Requirements Candidate should possess at least SPM A fast learner and willing to learn Good communication skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to work independently and under minimal supervision Job Benifits Allowances Annual Leave EPF / Socso Medical Claims Training Provided
