JOB DESCRIPTION- Provide daily support on S/4 Hana Finance & Controlling (FICO) Module.- Join the project team to perform SAP project implementation.- Understand the business processes and business requirements of the organization.- Attending to all issues raised, resolve problems and follow up on the issues.- Managing & controlling the change request by business user.- Identify and initiate the process improvements to achieve business requirements.- Close liaison with business users, vendor and internal support teams.- Provide high quality support to internal and external users.REQUIREMENTS- Minimum of 6 years' working experience on SAP functional support for FICO Module.- Familiar with FICO business processes- Familiar with SAP implementation and configuration- Experience on team leading or project management will be an added advantage- Great interpersonal and communication skillsEDUCATIONBachelor Degree in Information System or Finance
