Involve in formulation, development and optimization of new and existing products.2. Ensure cost-effective use of resources without compromising quality.3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying updated with advancements in personal care science and technology.4. Oversee stability, safety, and efficacy testing of products to ensure consistent product quality.5. Ensure that all product comply with local and international regulations.6. Maintain and up-to-date understanding of industry regulations and standards.7. Work closely with sale team to understand consumer needs and preferences.8. Collaborate with Production to ensure scalable manufacturing processes.9. Regularly update senior management on R&D progress, challenges, and successes.10. Monitor inventory raw materials, equipment and apparatus in the specific documents.11. Collect and provide information on ingredients, MSDS and relevant information of the raw materials.12. To procure new laboratory equipment for product development purpose.13. To maintain an inventory record on the consumables in the laboratory and purchase before the stocks run out.14. To maintain and troubleshoot on laboratory equipment.15. To perform preventive maintenance, verification and/or calibration for instruments and equipments as per SOP.16. To practice and ensure Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in ensuring safe and efficient usage of the laboratory.17. Any other related matters when required by management.Jobs Requirement:1. At least a diploma/Bachelor in Chemistry course/Cosmetic course2. At least 2 years experience in the R&D field (Cosmetic Industry)3. High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel4. Good communication skills in English both writing and speaking.
