We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Marketing Coordinator to join our fire extinguisher engineering and supplier department. The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of fire safety solutions. You will be responsible for promoting our fire extingusher services and recruiting clients for the related services to businesses, retail outlets, factories, offices, and commercial properties in Johor Bahru areas. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Marketting : Actively approach and recruit companies, shops, and commercial clients for fire extinguisher supply and services. Conduct on-site visits , assess customer needs, and recommend suitable fire extinguisher types and packages. Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and delivery arrangements. Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets. Delivery Team Management: Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and delivery arrangements. Supervise and schedule delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Work closely with the installation and service team to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service. Administrative Duties: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and operations to management. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Keep records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales using basic reporting tools Qualifications Salary ranges of RM 3,000 per month Sales allowances is provided with monthly sales target performance allowance Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience 2 - 3 years' prior industry related sales experience Transporation is provided.
