What You'll Do : Plan, coordinate, and execute software testing strategies as guided by project managers or team leads Provide hands-on technical guidance and make informed decisions on testing tools and practices Oversee testing scopes, schedules, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects Involved in deployment and post-implementation validation testing Continuously improving testing processes, techniques, and tools Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, consulting partners, and regional teams Stay up to date with testing trends and best practices, and help implement them across projects What We're Looking For : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automated testing (more experience will be considered for senior roles) Strong proficiency in Python Experience testing across different platforms (web, mobile, etc.) Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely Familiarity with financial products and markets Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Previous experience in the financial sector, especially private equity, is a strong plus Proficient in Chinese and English (spoken and written) Join us and be part of a team that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
