About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Senior Workspace Engineer to join our team and lead the management and optimization of our modern workspace environment. In this role, you will be responsible for administering platforms, enhancing endpoint management, and ensuring compliance and security across all user devices. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping a secure, efficient, and user-centric digital workplace.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Act as a bridge between customers, managed services teams and our consulting practice to build a greater understanding of customers end to end environmentsLead workshops that identify trends and problems within customer environmentsHave a continuous improvement mindset and work to identify and resolve complex problems across our customers environmentsBuild permanent corrective fixes and implement them while following appropriate change processesDocument solutions and knowledge in Logicalis' knowledge management systemMentor and provide technical leadership across the Modern Workspace teamTechnical ownership of critical incident resolution and act as a senior escalation point within the Modern Workspace teamDrive positive customer outcomes in close collaboration with the Team Lead and other Senior Engineers.🔹 Requirements:Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online and Office 365 core skillsetsMicrosoft Windows Server (AD, DHCP, DNS & Group Policy), Entra IDMicrosoft Defender, maintain / uplift of secure score. Provide recommendations.General knowledge and capability across Microsoft technology stack ie.
