Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin and Accounts Assistant located in Shah Alam. The Admin and Accounts Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing accounts and records, processing invoices, and assisting in financial reporting. The role includes day-to-day office management, coordinating with various departments, and providing support to the management team. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications Experience in managing accounts, invoicing, and financial reporting Strong organizational and administrative skills Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Experience in office management or administrative roles Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or business administration are beneficial Show more Show less
