Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls and online inquiries from SMEs, mid-tier companies, and corporate clients interested in our sustainability training and services Actively follow up with leads to drive conversions and secure registrations or sales Identify client needs during calls and recommend suitable solutions, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities Conduct outbound calls where necessary to re-engage past leads or support ongoing campaigns Build strong rapport with prospects and guide them through the decision-making process Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM system and ensure timely updates Provide product feedback from clients to internal teams to support service improvement Assist in creating and presenting simple proposals or quotations based on client requirements Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and outreach strategies Support the development of sales pipeline and help meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Participate in internal discussions on improving telesales strategies and market outreach Show more Show less
