The role requires strong analytical skills, particularly in statistics and calculations, to contribute to data-driven decision-making and process improvements.Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis.
Process Improvement:
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within HR functions.
  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Project Support:
  • Provide support for HR Transformation projects, including research, documentation, and coordination.
Statistical Analysis:
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in HR data.
