- Support all pre-opening preparations (recruitment, training, SOP setup, operational readiness)
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with 100% adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to maintain high service and food quality standards.
- Train, coach, and discipline staff to deliver a systematic service culture.
- Manage manpower planning and rostering.
- Control inventory, procurement, and food cost to ensure operational efficiency.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control, manpower planning, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
- Prepare and review operational reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Resolve operational issues and manage customer escalations effectively.
- Minimum 5–10 years of restaurant/food & beverage management experience, preferably in Thai or Chinese Cuisine Restaurants.
- Strong background in structured, SOP-driven F&B operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pre-opening or new outlet launch experience highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create memorable dining experiences.
- Flexible to work late shifts on weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
