Description
  • Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.
  • Market all type of loans focusing on SME - Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).
  • Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.
  • Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.
  • Market all type of loans focusing on SME - Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).
  • Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.
  • Conduct all mandatory checks & only referred bankable deals to Account Relationship Manager for processing.
  • Refer all non-PLM middle market cases to Commercial Banking Centre.
  • Prepare, vet & sign Letter of Offer.
  • Deliver of Offer and upon acceptance to send instruction to Credit Operation Department for documentation.
  • Follow up documentation & disbursement of loan (conventional & Islamic) & ABF.
  • Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
  • Service all existing customers parked at the branch.
  • Cross sell all Bank/Group products & services.
  • Newly Non Performing Loan ("NPL") within approved budget.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree Degree in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in credit with exposure to SME/ commercial sales/ corporate banking.
  • Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills.
  • Target oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment as well as in a team.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
