RequirementsJob Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
Strong negotiation, persuasion skills, communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in sales documentation and reporting.

If you are a proactive individual with strong sales acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.Key responsibilities:1. Create Listings for Each Company's Property For Rent:Develop compelling property listings for each condominiums and room type and highlighting the unique features and amenities of each condo and room type.2. Explore Platforms for Posting:Identify and explore suitable platforms for posting our property listings to maximize visibility and reach.3. Monitoring Leads:Monitor incoming leads and analyze their quantity and quality.4. Reply to Leads:Promptly respond to leads via various communication channels, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries.5. Propose Rooms to Prospects:Present available and suitable rooms to prospects, emphasizing their suitability and benefits.6. Invite for Viewing:Schedule and coordinate property viewings with interested prospects.7. Close Sales:Close sales after proposing rooms or conducting viewings, ensuring a seamless transition for tenants.8. Handling AI Chat Bot:Engage with AI chat bots to facilitate lead generation and customer interactions.9. Update Property Database:Regularly update company's property database with the latest information on available rooms, pricing, and other relevant details.10.
