You Are Driven To Process Automation & Digitalization Automate and optimize business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools Develop and maintain RPA workflows Collaborate with departments to enhance digital workflows using platforms like Power Automate and SharePoint Database Management Ensure reliable and efficient operation of Microsoft SQL Server Write SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions Perform database maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting ERP System Support Provide user support and issue resolution for ERP systems Handle ERP data extraction, reporting, and documentation Update training materials related to ERP usage IT Support & Infrastructure Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues Coordinate system upgrades, patch management, and deployments Assist in enterprise application maintenance and configuration IT Project & Asset Management Assist in IT project planning and implementation (e.g., system upgrades, documentation) Maintain project documentation and reports Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, tagging, and disposal Track software licenses, service contracts, and renewal timelines What You'll Need To Succeed Good communication skills to liaise with vendors, users, and cross-functional teams.
