Job Description: Main task is to provide sales admin support within the organization and also external parties. Prepare and maintain all purchasers' files and records. Attend to correspondences with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties in connection with the documentation. Co-ordinate with bankers to follow up bank letter offer and solicitors details and etc. Co-ordinate with solicitors for all Sale and Purchase Agreement and also Loan agreement signing and etc. Assist in preparation of all sort of sales documentation. Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior. Requirements: Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Applicants must be willing to work at Johor. Preferably 1 year experience in related field.
