About The Company Our client is an international CIDB G7 Contractor. The company functions as a professional firm, providing engineering consulting, design, general contracting, and construction services, particularly focusing on integrated photovoltaic solutions. With expertise in large-scale engineering and technical services, the company handles EPC projects and provides turnkey project solutions. About The Job Coordinate civil, structural, and architectural tasks. Manage site safety with the Safety Advisor, including file setup and closure. Oversee quality assurance with the Project Manager, handling file management. Control project schedule and costs in collaboration with stakeholders. Supervise day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities. Ensure updated documentation for subcontractors, especially safety records. Attend various project meetings and reviews. Oversee project closeout tasks with support from the project team. Issue daily reports to the Project Manager and provide weekly safety statistics. Conduct commercial meetings to manage variations and costs. Develop and implement company procedures with project managers. Ensure proper change management and review drawings. Produce builders, work drawings and manage snags. About The Team As the construction industry is warming up again, our clients are looking to add to their team to feed the needs of their new projects. These are big companies with teams of good sizes and proper support. You will be reporting to the Project Manager working alongside a strong team of project engineers. Skills And Experience Required Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience required. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, including motivation, influence, and building effective relationships, fostering a positive team environment. Ability to be creative, innovative, flexible, and adaptable in handling multiple tasks and changing priorities. Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills, with experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
