Responsibilities : Work cross-functionally with internal design and applications teams to prepare and qualify hardware systems for automotive stress testing and validation. Serve as a technical liaison with third-party assembly/test providers and lab partners to ensure reliable execution of burn-in and environmental tests. Provide on-site support and analysis for hardware issues, including physical inspection, debug, and test setup troubleshooting. Analyze stress and qualification data using advanced statistical tools (e.g., TIBCO Spotfire), flag anomalies, and initiate problem-solving efforts. Partner with the internal failure analysis team to investigate root causes of device degradation or failure, and help implement corrective actions at external sites. Maintain detailed technical documentation and generate reliability reports aligned with industry and internal standards. Support qualification plans and reliability risk assessments for new products or process changes, particularly in high-voltage and wide-bandgap technologies. Requirements : Degree in Electrical Engineering (BS/MS) with at least 8-10 years of experience in semiconductor reliability testing or product qualification. Deep technical knowledge of industry-standard reliability tests, including HTOL, HTRB, THB, HALT, Temp Cycling, and other accelerated aging methodologies. Familiarity with ESD (HBM/CDM), latch-up testing, and system-level validation techniques. Experience working with automotive-grade qualification frameworks (e.g., AEC-Q100/Q101) is strongly preferred. Exposure to wide-bandgap technologies (e.g., GaN, SiC) or high-voltage semiconductor devices is a plus. Competence in hardware troubleshooting, data analysis (ATE/log review), and statistical evaluation. Strong communicator, capable of synthesizing complex technical data into clear reports and actionable insights. Knowledge of common IC failure mechanisms and post-failure analysis methods is essential. Strong communication skills with a proven ability to prepare and deliver detailed technical documentation and cross-functional presentations. Solid understanding of IC failure modes, mechanisms, and advanced failure analysis techniques.
