- Develop a deep understanding of the broader business to play an active role in shaping the market's ability to deliver on their priorities
- Act as a thought leader to the business and be proactive in identifying opportunities where IT&D can bring advantages to the organisation
- Partner with senior level stakeholders to discuss and be part of the longer-term Transformation Strategy
- Leverage experience and best practices across markets and global to propel the business using the latest in Gen-AI, Omnichannel Excellence, Business Intelligence and Process Automation
- Collaborate with Regional and Global IT&D product leads to determine project scope and vision
- Experience in managing a product development and roadmap in an Agile/SDLC environment
- Ability to cultivate meaningful business relationships both internal and external business partners
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a technology business partnership or program management.
- Strong track record of business engagement, partnership, and value delivery through effective cross-functional collaboration
- Able to communicate and influence senior stakeholders towards the strategic priorities
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP S4, ECC and/or JDE World
- Experience in Sales Automation solutions such as Newspage, Centegy, Ivy Mobility etc
- Exposure/Experience in eCommerce and Marketing Technologies, leveraging GenAI
- Passionate in and have rolled out transformative initiatives across different functions in the business
- Comfortable in managing remote delivery teams, across different time zones
- Able to communicate and influence senior stakeholders towards the strategic priorities
- Commercial acumen with the ability to work with business leaders and peers to establish priorities and drive through successful execution.
- Experience in evaluating and implementing eCommerce transactional, optimization and performance/KPI solutions in a FMCG environment
- Strong financial acumen in managing the function's budget and expenditure
- Excellent understanding of the organisation's goals and objectives with a strong commercial and business awareness
- Flexible to travel, if required
