Job Summary: Plays a dual role in supporting technical sales efforts and managing project delivery. This individual collaborates closely with the sales team to design and propose tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs, and oversees project execution to ensure timely and successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution designs, and proposals. Respond to RFI/RFPs and participate in technical discussions or product demonstrations. Provide technical consultation and product recommendations during the sales process. Conduct site surveys or client consultations where required. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of solutions after contract closure. Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables. Act as a liaison between internal teams (engineering, procurement, operations) and the customer. Track project progress and report status to stakeholders. Ensure all project documentation, testing, and handovers are completed properly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or project engineering role. Familiarity with telecommunication transmission product especially in Dark Fiber, Bandwidth Services and Lamda. Strong understanding of solution design and project lifecycle. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
