- Create and implement integrated marketing communication strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as In-store touchpoints, digital platforms, social media, KOL management.
- Collaborate with creative teams, media agency, and vendors through campaign planning & execution to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure all set objective are met. Track and report on communication effectiveness.
- Always to be on alert on the latest market & media trends and look for opportunities to adapt into Watsons business.
- Ensure timely monthly reporting for all post campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Media / PR or a related field.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in media planning or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of strategic media planning, campaign planning and marketing communications.
- Retail knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage campaigns effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time management skills and a results-driven mindset to ensure timely execution and impactful results.
