• Lead and grow the project sales team, including recruitment, training, and territory planning
• Drive market expansion into Penang and East Malaysia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders
• Develop and implement annual sales strategies and initiatives
• Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and ensure execution of account plans
• Collaborate with internal departments to align product positioning and customer service excellence
• Conduct competitive market analysis and provide strategic sales insights to management

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in sales, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, or construction-related industries
• Strong exposure to project sales and developer engagement
• Willingness to travel regularly within Malaysia
• Excellent team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
