Job Responsibility Assist pharmacist and pharmacy supervisor to carry out all duties in pharmacy. Assisting and directing all questions relating to prescriptions, health matters and others. Assist the pharmacist in preparing, dispensing and medication counselling to ensure safe and effective dispensing. Answer customers questions or complaint in a professional manner. Restocking items on the shelves and manage inventory. Ensuring the work areas and shelves are organized, clean and tidy all the time. Promote excellent customer services Referring inquiries about prescriptions, health issues, or drugs to the pharmacist Responsible for the fulfilment of all operational support requests from retail outlets to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the outlet's daily operations. To provide excellent customer service to the clients Involves in operational and marketing tasks such as payments, advertising, and others. Involve in sales and marketing activities (online and offline) Involvement in store cleanliness, stock, and inventory management. Job Requirements Qualification: SPM, diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor s degree. Candidates with a diploma in pharmacy, nutrition and dietetics or related discipline will be a plus point. Experience in retail sales also is an added advantage. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply as training will be provided. Strong interpersonal, computer literate and effective communication skills. A dynamic team player, passionate, committed, and responsible. Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
