In your internship, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real client projects.Understand and apply PwC’s initiatives and strategy in learning and development for the firm and clients where you will be assisting for the following areas:Data Analytics & ReportingCollect, clean, and analyse data from HRMS, LMS, e‑learning platforms, and feedback sourcesBuild and maintain dashboards/reports in Excel and Power BI; prepare clear summariesRun trend/cohort analyses and support light automation to improve workflowsTranslate stakeholder needs into data requirements, visuals, and simple KPIs; support Academy digital initiativesHRDC Claims AnalyticsPrepare, track and analyse claim submissions for accuracy and timeliness;Maintain status/compliance dashboardsIdentify gaps and recommend process improvementsSupport audit‑ready documentationClient Delivery Support – Data TrainingPrepare datasets/materials and manage tools during workshops and live demosTroubleshoot basic issues to ensure smooth deliveryCompile post‑training feedback and reportsContribute to continuous improvement effortsProgramme & Project SupportAssist with enrolment, attendance, LMS/admin; set up physical/virtual classes and maintain recordsPrepare project schedules, notes, and stakeholder updatesContribute to programme communications in Canva/Power PointProvide occasional after‑hours class support; offer cross‑programme support as neededQualifications and Skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, IT, or related fields
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in Canva, Power BI, Alteryx or Python is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to support evening classes occasionally
Minimum years experience required
  • Hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, and automation
  • Exposure to real-world tools like Power BI and Alteryx
  • Mentorship from experienced professionals and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in programme operations, HRDC claims processes, and client training support
