Costing Analyst

• Conduct site visits to contract manufacturing facilities to observe production and testing of VF products and ensure compliance with quality standards and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Support contract supplier operations, including technical issues, quotations, vendor selection and evaluation, schedule conflicts, and quality concerns.
• Act as a liaison between VF and third-party manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, compliant products.
• Provide contractors with the necessary information to meet VF’s quality expectations.
• Identify and evaluate potential new contractors, including financial stability assessments.
• Coordinate the development of contractor documentation and manuals.
• Respond to cost and feasibility requests and obtain vendor quotations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC tools and systems.

• Solid knowledge of a specialized area, gained through study or experience.
• Applies principles and practices within a recognized professional field.
• Follows standardized procedures and determines actions based on established guidelines.

• Handles similar problems requiring fact-finding and basic analysis.
• Solutions are typically found within standard operating processes.
• Occasionally applies basic problem-solving techniques using prior experience.
