- Before beginning the treatment, turn on the compressor and ‘suction' in the back room.
- Assist the doctor during the treatment procedure.
- Provide all necessary equipment before, during, and after treatment.
- After each procedure, tidy up and clean the surgery room.
- All tools should be thoroughly cleaned.
- Cook appropriate surgical instruments using an autoclave in the laundry room.
- Arrange clean equipment in the right place.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and/or clerical support to departments and units.
- Coordinate office functions.
- Perform semi-routine clerical tasks in accordance with established instructions and procedures. Set goals and work toward them.
- Prepare letters, reports, records, and other documents from drafts and corrected copies.
- Prepare and improve the standard of operation for job assignments on a regular basis.
- Assist in the planning, research, development, and execution of programs and special projects.
- Informs other employees about records, reports, regulations, and procedures.
- Performs work similar to or related to that supervised.
- Perform office administration responsibilities that frequently necessitate the use of a computer.
- Requests appropriate supplies, equipment, and uniforms when necessary.
- Organize all clinic shelves, medications, beverages, sweets, and other stations.
- Ensure that laboratory forms and invoices from laboratories or vendors are kept up-to-date in the given files.
- Maintain a clean working environment and follow infection control procedures.
- To achieve operational excellence, ensure compliance with all business rules, standards, and procedures.
- Strive to achieve clinical objectives.
- Other related duties may be assigned as needed.
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
