Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans in alignment with international educational standards, Islamic teachings, and Bahasa Malaysia curriculum requirements. Deliver instruction on various aspects of Islamic Studies (including Quranic studies and Islamic history) and Bahasa Malaysia. Foster a culturally sensitive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and promotes understanding among students from various backgrounds. Ensure the academic progress of students in the subjects taught. Support and motivate students and teachers, encouraging consultation and discussion. Communicate effectively and proactively with parents and guardians. Support the work of subject teachers and ensure that all members of the department work effectively. Set targets for students and monitor progress within the context of school and departmental targets. Understand the needs of the subject areas taught and appreciate the contribution of other subjects to the overall education of students. Conduct lesson observations efficiently and effectively, and report findings to the Head of Department. Undertake any other related duties as may reasonably be directed from time to time by the Campus Principal or Senior Leadership Team.
