🔍 Draft and prosecute patent and trademark applications
📋 Conduct IP due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses
⚖️ Handle IP litigation and dispute resolution matters
📝 Negotiate and draft licensing agreements and IP contracts
🛡️ Develop IP protection strategies for clients
🔎 Perform trademark searches and clearance studiesWhat We're Looking For:
✅ Law degree with specialization in Intellectual Property
✅ 3+ years of IP law experience
✅ Strong analytical and research skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
