• Candidate possesses diploma, degree in Marketing, Communication Studies/Event Management or any relevant fields.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Can speak in Mandarin & English.
• Good leadership and time management skills.
• Team player with a pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to details.
• Good communication skills, proactive and able to multi-task.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
• Candidate who is available for immediate hiring will be added advantage.

• To work with direct superior on planning, organizing, and executing various on ground events.
• To communicate effectively with all internal and external parties for processing and preparation of relevant documentations to ensure smooth operations.
• To supervise and monitor events progression.
• Responsible on efficient material sourcing.
