Position Objective: With respect to multiple technology knowledge Ensures IT service availability and minimises the AIA's business impact of IT service outages through the effective management. Contributes to the improvement of user satisfaction with IT services by ensuring that the arrangements remain aligned with business needs and priorities and fit for purpose. Improves the overall technical performance as measured by the technology related KPIs and SLAs (utilisation, availability, response times etc.) year on year Roles and Responsibilities: Technical Operations and Performance Management: Lead and mentor a team of AD administrators and support engineers to ensure high performance and operational efficiency. Active Directory Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Active Directory Services, including domain controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and CA. Ensure the stability, security, and performance of Active Directory across the organization. Incident & Problem Managements: Act as an escalation point for Active Directory-related issues and ensure timely resolution. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. Part of the Active Directory operations team, with on-call and standby duties activated based on business criticality to implement changes, fulfill requests, and resolve incidents. Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices for Active Directory, including privileged access management, account lifecycle management, and audit policies. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor Active Directory performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with infrastructure and security to optimize AD configurations. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholder to evaluate, select, and implement AD-related tools and technologies. Manage relationships with third-party service providers and ensure SLAs are met. Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage related budget. Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadline and organizational goals. Minimum Job Requirements: Relevant Experience : 7+ years of relevant experience in which at least 3 years in managerial position with regional coverage. Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, including Azure AD, LDAP, and SSO. Experience with cloud-based directory services environments is a plus.
