Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for data entry for supplier invoices, pruchase order and sales
  • invoices into accounting system.
  • Maintain petty cash book.
  • Maintain accounting database by entering data (Autocount).
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues, and management.
  • Ad hoc task assign by superior.
  • Manage backend adminstration for retail.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizing skills, good sense of responsibility, strong understanding and communication skills.
  • Required language(s): Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Preferable Chinese candidates.
