  • Issue new/renewal policy contracts, manuscript preparation and documentation
  • Administer contractual updates/admin updates/policy termination
  • Prepare renewal notice
  • Chase premium base/book premium base in system and calculation of premium
  • Prepare bonus/ malus calculation
  • Issue premium invoices/fee invoices/double tax deduction letter
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts with reinsurer
  • Undertake dunning process and assist in credit control matters
  • Coordinate with various department to monitor collection & follow-up outstanding premium
  • and fee receivable.
  • Generate regular / adhoc reports
  • Manage and answer queries from internal and external clients
  • Ensure proper filing and recording of documents, policies and endorsements for document control
Key Requirements
  • Degree holder in accounting
  • Talents with up to 3 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.
  • Attention to details, meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Good team player with ability to adapt to changing environment.
