Issue new/renewal policy contracts, manuscript preparation and documentation
Administer contractual updates/admin updates/policy termination
Prepare renewal notice
Chase premium base/book premium base in system and calculation of premium
Prepare bonus/ malus calculation
Issue premium invoices/fee invoices/double tax deduction letter
Perform reconciliation of accounts with reinsurer
Undertake dunning process and assist in credit control matters
Coordinate with various department to monitor collection & follow-up outstanding premium
and fee receivable.
Generate regular / adhoc reports
Manage and answer queries from internal and external clients
Ensure proper filing and recording of documents, policies and endorsements for document control

Key Requirements

Degree holder in accounting
Talents with up to 3 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.
Attention to details, meticulous and able to work independently.
Good team player with ability to adapt to changing environment.
