Job Description: Monitor driver behaviour and uphold service standards Support deliveries during peak periods or manpower shortages Coordinate and schedule daily driver activities for timely execution Assist with onboarding and training of new drivers Track and report KPIs to support performance improvements Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard procedures for in-hub parcel collection Manage operational admin tasks and support daily fleet activities using MS Office or Google Suite Apply a data-driven approach to improve route efficiency and overall operations Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field Possesses a Class 3 or 3A license Relevant experience in operations, logistics, vendor coordination, or working with ground teams is advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables) and Google Suite Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable in a dynamic, hands-on work environment Analytical and process-driven mindset
