- Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business or related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel / accounting software (UBS preferred).
- We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry & weekly sales report.
- Assist in preparing financial documents, reports, and reconciliations.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team include to prepare tenancy agreement.
- 1st half payroll & 2nd half payroll for staff salary.
- EPF / SOCSO / EIS
- Annual leave & medical leave in accordance with labor law
- Public holidays ~ If banks in KL are closed, our office will also be closed!
- Working Hours 10am-6pm (Monday to Friday)
