- Analysing AWS usage for cost optimization opportunities.
- Formulate and implement strategies to optimize costs effectively within our AWS infrastructure
- Monitor and oversee AWS usage and expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and resource optimization
- Collaborate closely with development and operations units to pinpoint avenues for cost reduction
- Assess AWS usage trends to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for enhancement
- Create and deploy tools and automated scripts to optimize AWS costs
- Offer advice and training to our team on best practices for AWS cost optimization
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in AWS cost optimization and integrate them into our approaches as relevant
- strong experience in AWS cost optimization
- Analyzing and optimizing AWS usage and costs
- Familiar with AWS cost management and optimization tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets etc
- Experience with IaC tools. e.g. Terraform, Ansible .etc
