MohonKelayakanEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification such as ACCA, is preferred).Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Knowledge & Skills:Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Proficient in accounting standards and regulatory compliance.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Personal Attributes:High level of integrity and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong decision-making and organizational skills.TanggungjawabJob Responsibilities - Finance ManagerOversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional development.Support strategic planning and decision-making through financial analysis and business modelling.Oversee supplier payment and accounts receivable management.Review and approve payment vouchers, journal entries, and reconciliations.Manfaat
