- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet the shop's high standards of taste, appearance, and freshness.
- Inventory Management: Monitor baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, strictly adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Presentation: Ensure baked goods are presented attractively and consistently to provide a premium customer experience.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers, providing recommendations or explaining product ingredients and details when needed.
