💼 Role: Human Resources ManagerWhat You'll Do:
🎯Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's goals
👥Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
📋Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations including staff union relationship.
📚Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
⚖️Collaborating with management to identify and address workforce planning needs
📊 Promoting a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment📋Leading and mentoring the HR team to drive exceptional service delivery.What We're Looking For:✅ Minimum 5 years of HR management experience
✅ Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements especially with experience in handling staff union relationship.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organisation.
✅ Proficient in HR data analysis and using HR information systems.✅ Proven track record in successfully leading and developing high-performing HR teams.✅ Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Remuneration : RM8000.00 to RM12,000.00 per month.Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.Consultant in-charge: Sarah Tan I Sarah.tan@hunters-in.com
