The Role Lead, structure, and grow a cross-functional team (content, performance marketing, CRM, analytics, operations, customer service) Own P&L for the e-commerce business and drive revenue growth across owned and third-party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) Oversee execution and optimization of campaigns, funnels, and user journeys across all digital touchpoints Identify and implement the best e-commerce tools, platforms, and processes in line with global best practices Define country-level strategies and coordinate with regional teams for localized execution Collaborate with product, marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless digital launches Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for all e-commerce activities Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor activity, and technology shifts Ideal Profile 8-12 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role across multiple markets Proven success scaling D2C and marketplace sales (ideally in fashion, footwear, sports, or lifestyle categories) Strong understanding of Shopify (or equivalent), digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketplace integrations Fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus.
