Senior Electrical Engineer

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with at least5 years of relevant experience in the electrical or L.V. control industry.
• Solid foundation inelectrical systems design,compliance with ST regulations, andproficiency in AutoCAD for circuit and layout drawings.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Wireman, Chargeman, or P.Eng are highly valued.
• Strong sense ofresponsibility, problem-solving ability, and commitment to deliver high-quality work in alignment with safety and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative attitude, in line with the company's commitment toengineering excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Leading and coaching junior engineers in the design of electrical circuits and control systems that meet client specifications while adhering to engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Performing detailedelectrical load calculations and cost estimations to ensure design feasibility, budget alignment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing, endorsing, and ensuring accuracy of all technical drawings, tender submissions, and related engineering documents to maintain consistency and technical integrity.
• Coordinating with regulatory bodies, local authorities, and clients to secure technical approvals and ensure all designs meet legal and statutory requirements.
• Providingtechnical support and diagnostic solutions for electrical components, instruments, and systems, both on-site and remotely.
• Working closely with theSales Team to finalize customer-approved electrical designs, attending meetings, conducting site assessments, and presenting proposals.
• Preparing preciseAutoCAD drawings, including single-line diagrams, component layouts, and detailed fabrication drawings for production.
• Engaging insite surveys for lightning protection systems, compiling detailed reports, and preparing corresponding technical proposals.

• Deliveringtechnical training and guidance to internal departments and clients, reinforcing our standard of engineering excellence across the organization.
• Participating intechnical discussions and client meetings to communicate product capabilities and gain insights into customer expectations.
• Monitoring and disseminating updates on thelatest ST Acts and electrical safety standards, promoting a culture of continuous learning and safety compliance.
• SupportingR&D initiatives focused on new product development and component sourcing, aligned with technological trends and market demand.
• Assisting in theimplementation and maintenance of ISO standards, ensuring documentation accuracy and process efficiency.
• Performingad-hoc duties and interdepartmental tasks as needed to contribute to the team's agility and overall business goals.
